Richard Stephenson
Richard's recent executive role was as CEO of Madison Filter, a buyout backed by Duke Street. Madison was a leading producer of specialised industrial filters with manufacturing facilities in four continents. Richard led Madison through a rapid build up strategy culminating in the creation of three separate focussed businesses. These were sold, resulting in a successful exit for shareholders. Prior to Madison, Richard held senior positions in a broad range of manufacturing and service businesses with a strong international flavour. Richard has since taken on the role of Non-Executive Chairman of Deloro Stellite Ltd, Navimo and Xafinity, all Duke Street investments.
